物业公司有没有权益阻止业主装置防盗窗?

在济南很多小区物业,见到有装置防盗窗的只需进入小区门口,保安就拦着不让进大门,请问物业公司,你们有没有权益阻止业主装置属于本人平安范围内的防盗窗呢,有什么法律根据吗,依据中华人民共和国物权法规则。

一:《物权法》规则,业主对建筑物专有局部以外的共有局部,有关共有和共同管理权益的严重事项应由业主共同决议。业主对建筑物专有局部以外的共有局部享有权益,承当义务,不得损伤其他业主的合法权益。假如业主在阳台以外的位置装置防盗窗,占用了全体业主的共有局部,属于违法建立行为,违背了物业装饰装修和运用等方面的法律法规。(固然,有的业主装置的防盗窗不是明显外置的,但是也违背有些对建筑物外立面统一的规则;除非建筑物自身曾经封锁阳台,且防盗窗在室内位置)
