1. Firstly, the size of the device needed for the window is measured accurately. Two pieces of aluminium material are placed in the large space directly to the small space, and the aluminium material and the cover plate are cut off according to the measured size.

2、依据装置位置需求在铝材上钻8—10mm孔(孔的尺寸为所选用收缩螺栓的直径)，用扳手调整铝材上紧固垫片的间距，以放入钢丝绳稍有亏损即可。

2. Drill 8-10mm holes on aluminium material according to the location requirement (the size of holes is the diameter of shrinkage bolts selected), adjust the spacing of fastening gaskets on aluminium material with wrenches, so as to place a slight loss in wire rope.

3、将铝材置于墙体所需装置位置，用电锤依次在墙体钻8—10mm孔，用收缩螺栓固定于墙体。

4、肯定报警器或发射器装置位置，在窗框一上角钻一6mm孔，把钢丝绳一端引入室内并留出足够长度。

4. Make sure the position of alarm or transmitter device, drill a 6mm hole in the upper corner of window frame, introduce one end of wire rope into the room and leave enough length.

5、把钢丝绳夹在一个紧固垫片间锁紧，钢丝绳总是盘绕间距小的一组紧固螺丝上下来回编好。

5. Clamp the wire rope between the first fastening gasket. The wire rope is always woven up and down by a group of fastening screws with small coiling distance.

6、普通钢丝绳编到1.5米左右即可开端收紧，依次分段拉紧钢丝绳，留意不要太用力，连续拉紧34遍，直钢丝绳到达所需紧度，将各个紧固螺丝紧固好，再编绕下一段钢丝，依次拉紧后再把紧固螺丝紧好，直完毕。

6. Ordinary wire rope can be knitted to 1.5 meters or so to tighten at the beginning, and then to tighten the wire rope in segments. Be careful not to exert too much force, and tighten the wire rope continuously for 3 to 4 times until it reaches the required tightness. Tighten each fastening screw, then weave the next section of wire, tighten the fastening screw in turn, and then tighten the tightening screw until the end.

7、依据窗的高度肯定横向钢丝的数量，(普通以50cm拉一横向钢丝)肯定横向钢丝绳位置拉一规范线以确保十字扣呈程度直线，将钢丝绳拉夹扣位置用十字扣锁紧。

7. Determine the number of transverse steel wires according to the height of the window (usually pulling a transverse steel wire with 50cm) and confirm the position of the transverse steel wire rope to pull a standard line to ensure that the cross buckle is in a straight line to a certain extent, and then pull the steel wire rope to the clamping position and lock it with the cross buckle.

8、封盖板：将盖板扣好，用拉铆钉铆紧(留意：拉铆钉铆紧时不要用力过大，以防盖板变形)，用斜口钳将拉铆钉铁芯剪断。

8. Cover plate: fasten the cover plate well and rivet it with rivets (note: do not use too much force when riveting rivets to prevent deformation of the cover plate). Cut the core of the rivet with bevel pliers.

9、较后将钢丝绳引入室内，剥开显露内芯两端分别接在报警器或发射器的两接线上，将其固定在墙上。

9. Finally, the wire rope is introduced into the room, and the two ends of the exposed core are separately connected to the wires of the alarm or transmitter, and fixed to the wall.

10、如遇到弧形等异形窗，可选用公司消费的中等厚度铝材，经过准确丈量下料后，先在下面将铝材依照窗的弧度折成大致相吻合的外形，从一端依次用收缩螺栓固定在墙体上，以下步骤同上。

10. If you encounter special-shaped windows such as arc, you can choose medium-thickness aluminium materials consumed by the company. After accurate measurement and cutting, first fold the aluminium materials into roughly identical shapes according to the arc of the window below, and fix them on the wall with shrinkage bolts from one end to the other.
